Trading is a business. A Trading Journal is a must for a trader to keep track of results and progress, identifying mistakes and solutions, and areas for improvement.

Journal - 10/6/04
No trades made. Could not focus so decided to call it quits.
Having lived in an Asian country where the stock market is regarded as a playing field only for the upper class, I never had an idea about investing or daytrading. I was only introduced to the financial markets during the tech bubble burst of 2000 by a co-worker when I worked abroad. Initially, I invested in stocks but later realized that daytrading is more suited to my style and comfort level. Since 2003, I switched to trading futures and currently trade index and currency futures in Hongkong, Europe, and U.S. futures exchanges.
Aside from trading, I do some computer consulting. I like to watch professional sports especially MLB, NFL and NBA. I play bowling and loves to travel whenever my finances permit.
